Administrative departments
The administrative departments, with 8 permanent members, participate in the support and the adequate functioning of the laboratory and its projects, ensures the administrative management of the personal, the financial management, international relations, the organization of scientific events, as well as the setting up and the follow-up of national and European research contracts.
The Project Assistant is the privileged interlocutor for the organization of international conferences, meetings of Collaboration and Summer Schools. She directs and coordinates around 15 scientific meetings per year and ensures the administrative aspects, financial resources (budget and grant applications) and logistic organizations.
The International Relations Assistant impels and instructs the international cooperation agreements to obtain mobility, set up cotutelles and co-financing. She helps CPPM scientists to find financial resources, diffuses information and brings expertise to meetings on "funding programs" organized by the laboratory. She pilots in autonomy the administrative procedures for obtaining a visa, thus ensuring the attractiveness of the CPPM with the reception of around sixty foreign visitors a year.
The Human Resources Manager provides administrative management records of all CPPM staff. She advises and informs the agents in its field of activity, ensures the link between the agents and HR departments.
The Financial Department, composed of 3 persons and its manager, manages all CPPM credits as well as the labex OCEVU (PIA 2). He drafts advertising notices for adapted procedure and helps the "buyers". He justifies all European and ANR contracts, grants from local and other CPER-FEDER authorities.
